Key Responsibilities
Provide value-based care to Oncology patients primarily in outpatient settings
Manage outpatient care including triage, urgent visits, chemotherapy pre-treatment visits, follow-ups, and survivorship care
Required Qualifications
Eligibility to be licensed in Connecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
Eligibility to be certified as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner
Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of experience practicing as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
