Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and profit margins for strategic accounts
Develop and implement strategic account plans
Maintain communication with clients for service delivery
Define and achieve key performance metrics with clients
Ensure clear communication of Randstad capabilities
Drive mutual margin improvement through process mapping
Expand revenue opportunities with HR and Operations contacts
Collaborate with operational leadership for program development
Lead contract renewals and renegotiations
Manage new sales efforts and respond to RFPs
Required Qualifications
8+ years of proven performance in sales and account management
Expertise in process improvement
Willingness to travel
Strong problem-solving, communication, and client management skills
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with C-suite client contacts
Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
