Join ATS as a Maintenance Technician I and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial maintenance services. You'll perform essential maintenance tasks, troubleshoot systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic factory environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform entry to mid-level break-fix and preventative maintenance
Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments
Repair or replace defective parts and recondition machine tools
Identify needed parts, supplies, and repair items
Provide support for other department members as needed
Ensure compliance with Maintenance Industry Standards and 5S standards
Participate in Continuous Improvement activities
Set up and operate simple machining operations
Update records and review CMMS history
Perform basic troubleshooting of control systems circuitry
Complete technical self-study programs for career development
Follow all safety policies and identify unsafe conditions
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
Associates degree with a Technical focus or 18 months of related experience
Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical systems
