Join a multi-disciplinary Youth ACT Team as a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide vital treatment and support services to youth and families dealing with significant behavioral health challenges. Your role will focus on individualized care, family engagement, and collaboration with community resources to foster health and stability for youth aged 10 to 21.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to children and families to address clinical needs.
Engage families in developing and modifying care plans.
Assess risk and develop safety plans.
Participate in person-centered care plans.
Act as a liaison with community providers and schools.
Monitor participant progress and provide crisis intervention.
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
Minimum of one year of experience providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
