The Emergency Medicine Physician serves as an Associate ED Medical Director responsible for overseeing emergency department operations, collaborating with hospital leadership, and supporting physician staff. This role involves quality assurance participation and representing the department within the hospital and community. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in emergency medicine, working at a Level III trauma center with extensive resources and emergency support systems.
As an Associate ED Medical Director at UHCA, you will be responsible for collaborating with the ED Medical Director, hospital, and nursing leadership while offering support to your Physician staff.
