Requirements

• Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in similar SNF/LTC/TCU setting.
• Strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care. Must show competency with administering medications, IV fluids and performing wound care.
• Flexibility and willingness to float to new units and/or locations.
