License: Compact RN License (Active at time of submission)
Certifications: BLS (Current)
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a CVOR RN – both scrub and circulate roles
Facility Type: Previous assignments in Level 1 Trauma Centers
Shift: 10-hour days (06:30 – 17:00)
On-Call Requirements:

• 6–8 call shifts per 4-week schedule
• 1 full weekend of call per 4-week schedule
• 45-minute response time while on call
