Key Responsibilities

  • Manage orders for client support services and reconcile daily client collection list
  • Coordinate with phlebotomist on necessary forms for off-campus/client activities
  • Assist with physician/patient/client needs
  • Process requisitions and scripts, handle order entry/specimen submission, and manage courier services
  • Handle confidential patient information, report filing, logging, faxing, telephones, and light typing

Required Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED
  • Previous computer experience preferred
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with LOS client support services, Epic, Sunquest, LIS, and COPIA System user activity
  • Pleasant and professional attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments under time constraints
