Key Responsibilities
Execute Frickers unique brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits
Drive positive sales growth
Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment
Achieve optimal performance from staff through training and coaching
Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies
Accomplish staffing objectives by recruiting and training quality individuals
Required Qualifications
At least two years of recent restaurant management experience
Steady, stable employment track record
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Positive, friendly demeanor & attitude
Customer/Guest Service Focused
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Full-service restaurant experience (2 years)
