MedAdventures is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Keene, NH. This is a great opportunity to support patients in their rehabilitation journey and work alongside an experienced therapy team in a collaborative care environment.

Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility.

Schedule : Full time- Varies based on clinic hours.

Pay : $2326/per week. Rates are negotiable based on experience.

Duration : Direct Hire or contractor. You choose!

Must-Have Qualifications

Please apply ONLY if you meet all of the following requirements:

• Active Physical Therapy license in NH (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• Physical Therapy Degree
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
• Provide hands-on therapy and guided exercises
• Educate patients and families on safe movement and home programs
• Work closely with the care team to support patient goals
• Track and document progress in patient records
