Join Biolife Plasma Services as a Plasma Center Technician/Phlebotomist and play a vital role in collecting life-changing plasma while providing excellent customer service. You will engage with donors, manage donor records, and contribute to the overall operational success of the plasma center.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors
Screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs
Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor records
Identify operational improvement opportunities
Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift to 5 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 32 lbs.
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
Experience in a customer or patient-facing role
