Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to patients in a travel assignment

Required Qualifications
Active MI license
1-7 years of recent experience in Physical Therapist
Current BLS (and ACLS or specialty certifications as required)
Resume with detailed work history (MM/YYYY)
Two current clinical references
Physical and TB test within 12 months
Titers or vaccinations for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap, and flu
Fit test within 12 months
Able to pass background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
EMR experience preferred (e.g. Epic, Cerner)
