Position Overview:

Jackson Purchase Medical Center is seeking a Critical Care RN to join its fast-paced ICU team. This is a dynamic role supporting adult and geriatric patients with serious conditions including sepsis, respiratory failure, DKA, and cardiac issues. Candidates must be ready to float to MedSurg and Behavioral Health units as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years, with strong preference for critical care experience
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, Handle With Care, and AHA EKG/rhythm course
• Licensure: Valid RN license (Kentucky or compact)
• EMR: Meditech Magic
• Float Requirement: MedSurg, Behavioral Health
• Patient Ratios: 2:1
• Unit Beds: 8
