Key Responsibilities
Help retail customers select and purchase Motorcycle Parts and Accessories
Order and stock parts and accessories into inventory
Obtain parts for repair Technicians
Answer requests for parts information
Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals
Actively reach out to customers via text, email, and calls
Attractively display merchandise
Maintain organized and clean appearance for counters, displays, shelves, bins, etc.
Required Qualifications
Parts experience (preferably motorcycle experience)
Good telephone manners and computer skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Cashier/cash handling and data entry experience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Must pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug screening)
