Key Responsibilities
Planning and executing cybersecurity testing for complex DoD systems
Analyzing test data to determine gaps
Producing testing models
Analyzing complex mission systems for cybersecurity vulnerabilities
Proposing recommendations for system security improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience with planning, executing, and analyzing cybersecurity tests for complex DoD systems
Detailed knowledge of DoD guidance on cyber test and evaluation
Participation in previous test events including Cyber Table Top Exercises
Understanding of Requirement verification methods
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Active Secret security clearance
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
MS or PhD in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
DoD Cyber Table Top Exercise Facilitator qualified
Experience developing test plans IAW DOT&E phases
Leadership in test event planning and execution
Understanding of Developmental Testing and Operational Testing
Experience with Mission Based Risk Assessment frameworks
Created a Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP)
Five or more years of experience in cyber engineering or test and evaluation for complex DoD systems
