About the Role
Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a Stellar Senior Living community, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. In this hands-on role, you'll work directly with patients to improve strength, mobility, and quality of life in a 176-bed skilled nursing environment.
This is a full-time, individual contributor position in Littleton, CO, offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Do
Deliver personalized rehabilitative therapy to residents
Guide patients through tailored exercises to enhance mobility, balance, and strength
Track and document progress to inform care plans
Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment
Adhere to all healthcare and safety standards
Stay current through ongoing training and professional development
What We're Looking For
Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (required)
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Including Associate's Degree)
1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Physical ability to support patient mobility and lift equipment repetitively
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay: $45–$48 DOE, paid biweekly
