Job Description
ABF Freight is seeking a CDL-A Local Driver/Forklift Operator in Salt Lake City, UT. You will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo, while enjoying competitive wages and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload cargo
Perform check-in, tractor/trailer inspection, and cargo pickup and delivery
Exercise independent judgment for trailer building and tearing down
Operate a forklift as needed
Complete routine paperwork and log loading sheets
Required Qualifications
Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements
Minimum 21 years of age
Good stable work record
Safe driving record
Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet DOT medical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience
