Job Description
Intuit is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to work remotely during the upcoming tax season. As a Tax Expert, you will assist clients in navigating their tax preparation using TurboTax, ensuring a positive experience while leveraging your expertise in tax laws.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
