- Vaginal/C-section assistance, amnioinfusion, magnesium sulfate, NST/OCT, Pitocin

- High-risk delivery assistance, fetal monitoring (external/internal/IUPC)
- Epidural/spinal/general anesthesia awareness, hemorrhage response
- Postpartum education and discharge
- Baby-friendly protocols and infant care teaching

- No intra-unit floating
- Yes to floating to sister facilities within region
- Refusal to float = termination/forfeiture of guaranteed hours
