Key Responsibilities
Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions.
Design and implement a plan of care appropriate to problems identified, involving the patient and family.
Educate and counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
Plan and/or assist with patient discharge from therapy services.
Supervise activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Licensed Speech Therapist
Current licensure with state Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire
