Work collaboratively in a team environment to facilitate an Intensive Outpatient Program and contribute to the well-being of the community.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitation of a Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program level of care
Direct client care including care coordination, behavioral health screenings and assessments, individual and group therapy
Serves as a clinical resource to building site(s), clinical staff, case managers, medical providers
Collaborates in providing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services
Performs behavioral health screenings and assessments within a medical clinic setting
Provides crisis intervention and ongoing care coordination
Maintains superior customer service for internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field from an accredited College or University
Registered with DORA as a Candidate working towards licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
At least one year of experience in the behavioral health field
Experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders
Facilitation of an SUD IOP level of care
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to facilitate a Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program
Substance Use Disorder Licensure (CAS or LAC)
Bilingual/bi-cultural
