Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff with academic adaptations and IEP implementation
Support students' self-care and social/behavioral needs individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide support during crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement and outcomes
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Prior experience working with children in a structured setting (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience working with children with special needs in a school setting
