Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and customer rights
Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation
Manage repair processes and ensure quality standards
Keep customers informed on vehicle status
Pull and review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning
Pre-close final repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork

Organization and multi-tasking skills

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex)
