MedAdventures is looking for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a skilled nursing facility team in Bennington, VT . This is a rewarding opportunity to help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, balance, and functional independence
• Collaborate with nurses, OTs, SLPs, and other care team members for coordinated care
• Educate residents and families on exercises and safe mobility techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with facility and state requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Vermont PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred — new grads welcome
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
