Job Description
Join Performance Foodservice as a Local Truck Driver and enjoy a 4-day work week with competitive pay and great benefits. You'll play a critical role in the food supply chain, ensuring timely and safe delivery while building lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver food and food-related products to customers safely and on time
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers
Perform safety checks on vehicles according to DOT regulations
Complete required paperwork accurately
Unload products and transport items to designated storage areas
Ensure all freight is secured and properly loaded
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
6+ months commercial driving experience
Valid CDL-A
Must be 21+ years of age
Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
Pass road test
Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move product cases/freight of varying size and weight
