Key Responsibilities
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics
Manage procurement processes and maintain budgets
Implement inventory control strategies
Collaborate with the production team
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers
Use data and analytics for decision-making
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Motivate and develop a high-performing team
Manage Team Member relations and performance
Establish collaborative relationships with Store Support teams
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
18+ months of food production facility experience
6+ months of supervisory experience in the food manufacturing industry
Understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain management
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes
Understanding of financials and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders
