The Area Manager of Operations will lead and support a group of 8-12 dental practices. This role involves overseeing daily operations, improving profitability, and building relationships with practice teams while ensuring the unique culture of each practice is maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, guidance, and career development to practice managers
Cultivate a patient-centric environment focusing on smooth operations and efficient patient flow
Conduct P&L analysis and manage budgeting
Implement financial strategies to improve profitability
Provide training and development opportunities for practice leaders
Monitor and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations
Oversee and execute the onboarding and transition of new practice partnerships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience in a multi-site leadership role
5+ years of dental or healthcare operational experience
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Dental Practice Management experience
Healthcare Operations experience
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
