Key Responsibilities
Handle repairs, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, systems, and components
Utilize hand/power tools, precision measurement tools, and electronic testing devices
Ensure safe operation of machinery, mechanical electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Follow blueprints, schematics, operation manuals, and engineering specifications
Troubleshoot equipment problems using precision measuring and testing instruments
Perform safety checks on boilers and make necessary repairs
Record and analyze meter readings of utilities
Inspect and maintain various equipment parts
Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Required Qualifications
High school diploma and/or GED preferred
Minimum of 6 months’ work experience repairing industrial processing equipment
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
Knowledgeable in maintenance equipment
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Ability to read and understand maintenance literature in English
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
Lockout / Tagout experience
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Two-year technical degree in an appropriate background
