Key Responsibilities
Assigns, directs, educates and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shift
Serves as a resource to the staff
Manages resident flow within assigned area
Provides support and coordination for resident emergencies
Leads incident command for disasters
Evaluates effectiveness of resident care and identifies issues
Responds to complaints about resident care
Required Qualifications
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
Two years' registered nurse experience
Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in relevant state
