Job Description
Join Genuine Parts Company as a Business Development Manager for Under Car Sales, where you'll drive product sales and foster relationships with customers. You'll execute strategic initiatives, provide training, and achieve sales targets in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Expand Under Car product sales to current and new customers
Communicate and execute strategic initiatives and promotions
Provide field insights to drive sales initiatives
Achieve territory sales quotas
Build long-term relationships with store owners
Conduct training for store employees
Manage and lead category specific sales blitzes
Meet or exceed financial targets
Provide exceptional customer service
Organize and manage promotional events and trade shows
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel within assigned territory
Sales acumen
Communication and customer focus
Resilience and adaptability
Results orientation & financial acumen
Product knowledge
Technology proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience
