Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Interventional Radiology

• Circulated and monitored high-acuity IR procedures including Neuro Thrombectomies (REQUIRED)
• Administered and monitored procedural sedation; responded to dysrhythmias and emergencies
• Managed sheaths, ACTs, thrombolytics, and vascular closure devices (Perclose, StarClose)
• Supported radiologic interventions across modalities: CT, fluoroscopy, ultrasound-guided
• Delivered care in a high-volume IR unit with rotating overnight and weekend call
• Procedural sedation and airway monitoring
• Emergency medication administration
• ACT monitoring
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and response
• Radiation/laser safety compliance
• Pressure ulcer prevention
• Ventilator monitoring
• Angioplasty, Gastrostomy Tube Placement, Paracentesis, Hepatic Angiography, TIPS, Nephrostomy, Renal Angiography, Stent Placements, Uterine Artery Embolization, Chest Tube Placement, Lung Biopsy, Pulmonary Angiography, Thoracentesis, Central Line/Port Placement, Dialysis Access Interventions, Endovascular Procedures, Extremity Angiography, SVC/IVC Venography, Thoracic Aortograph
