Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Cleveland, OH 44125 (Ohio nursing jobs)
• Assignment Length: 13-week travel contract
• Start Date: November 14, 2025
• End Date: February 13, 2026
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Alternative Shift Options: 2x12 or 4x12-hour shifts available
• Weekly Hours: 36
• Employment Type: Travel nursing job
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1780-$1910

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license (required for Ohio healthcare jobs)
• American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certifications
• NIHSS certification (willingness to obtain prior to start)
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or charge RN in Med/Surg Telemetry
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation
• Ability to complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting and badging onsite
• All required certifications must be active (no pending)

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, including cardiac rhythms
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
