RN Surgery Circulator

Key Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process
• Performs plan of care interventions including medication administration and clinical treatments
• Documents patient care given
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team and family
• Assists patients with activities of daily living
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care
• Evaluates learning needs of patients and provides education
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients
• May perform duties of CNA, MA, or LPN as needed
• Attends staff meetings and participates in projects
• Adheres to policies and procedures of Highpoint Health
