Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a General Manager and lead a dynamic team in delivering high-quality collision repair services. Drive revenue growth, optimize operations, and support a culture of excellence in one of the fastest-growing brands in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage shop operations to meet revenue goals and KPIs
Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians
Support teammates during peak times
Monitor production goals and ensure quality standards
Complete shop payroll and manage staffing
Manage daily production flow and communication
Write DRP complaint estimates as needed
Conduct team acquisition, coaching, and development
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to lead and work collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in estimating software (CCC ONE)
Proficient with computers and technology
Valid driver's license
