Position Summary:

Assists a Physical Therapist with a patient's rehabilitative activities to help reduce pain and improve mobility. Follows the Physical Therapist plan of care.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree
• Physical Therapy Assistant License
  Current Physical Therapist Assistant licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
