Job Description
Join TTEC as a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent and provide exceptional customer service while working remotely. You'll help individuals understand their health coverage and make informed decisions, all while enjoying a supportive and inclusive company culture.
Key Responsibilities
Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products
Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
Identify additional customer needs and help upgrade products or services
Complete the sale or renewal of health plans
Required Qualifications
Current Health insurance license in state of residence
High speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
Minimum six (6) months sales experience
Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines
Strong customer service orientation
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer navigation skills
