Key Responsibilities
Provides treatments to patients by evaluating function and applying appropriate treatments.
Participates in interdisciplinary approaches for education and clinical training.
Conducts and modifies evaluations based on patient symptoms and goals.
Administers therapies and educates patients/families on exercise programs.
Documents care according to insurance guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a M.S.
Holds current Connecticut license for Speech Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic personal computer skills in Windows-based programs such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
