Key Responsibilities
Generating referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, skilled nursing, hospitals, and other community resources
Conducting market analysis; developing sales strategy, goals and quarterly plans
Conducting sales calls, evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity
Establishing strong relationships with new and existing referral sources
Patient educational bedsides
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
At least two years recent sales experience in the health care industry
Formal sales training
Proven ability to develop, implement and execute a sales and marketing plan
Evidence of achieving referral goals
Excellent planning, organization, team collaboration and presentation skills
