• Oversee teams of Engineers managing interconnection studies and projects
• Lead a team of Project Engineers in executing electric engineering projects
• Develop and communicate key performance indicators
• Manage cost, safety, quality, schedule, scope & client satisfaction
• Collaborate with departments to meet client needs
• Present project scope, schedule, cost and risk management information
• Manage department budget and expenses
• Support labor relations efforts
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance
