Your Responsibilities:
- Take charge of patient care from clinical history review to diagnosis and treatment
- Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team
- Maintain your patient panel and share call coverage for the clinic

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with a four-year medical school or equivalent
- Completion of internal or family medicine residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine
- Current Oregon state medical license, DEA certificate, and BLS certification from the American Heart Association
