Job Description
Join Gulfstream Aerospace as an Avionics/Electrical Technician IV, where you'll lead technical operations to ensure defect-free aircraft systems. With a focus on quality and safety, you will train personnel, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement process improvements in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform operational testing and troubleshooting of avionics/electronic systems
Train personnel to support cross-training goals
Ensure quality and efficiency of installations and repairs
Oversee compliance with engineering changes and modifications
Maintain daily logs and documentation of work performed
Enforce safety regulations and company programs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Six years experience in avionics/electrical field or two years of accredited schooling plus four years related experience
Preferred Qualifications
A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license
Other FCC License
Other NCATT certification
Proficiency in other aircraft systems (hydraulics, landing gear, etc.)
APU run qualification
Engine run qualification
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams
