Our client is seeking an experienced ICU RN to join its award-winning team. This role is ideal for nurses with a strong background in neuro, vascular, thoracic, and neurosurgical care who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients within assigned unit
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Lead and support subordinate personnel to ensure care plans are executed effectively
• Conduct patient evaluations, document progress, and manage treatment planning and discharge processes

Required Qualifications:

• Active Illinois RN license (must be included in submission)
• Minimum 2 years of current ICU experience
• Experience in neuro, vascular, thoracic, and neurosurgery
• COVID and flu vaccinations (declinations not accepted)
• ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)
• Prior Cerner experience strongly preferred
