Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads through various lead-generation platforms
Qualify leads by assessing needs and determining their fit with FWF services
Outreach to prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and social media
Maintain accurate and updated lead information in company CRM
Set appointments with qualified prospects and collaborate with the sales team on meeting preparation and presentation
Track and report on outreach activities and lead progress
Collaborate with tenured sales roles on pricing and negotiation strategies
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities that drive customer onboarding
Work closely with sales, marketing, and training teams to align on sales strategies and messaging
Attend training sessions on sales techniques, industry knowledge, and market insights
Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn best practices
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
