Job Description
Join Phoebe Ministries as a Cook / Chef de Cuisine and play a vital role in enriching the lives of residents through quality food preparation. You will produce menu items and maintain high culinary standards in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Produce all required menu items for transport to multiple serving areas
Perform culinary duties in the main production kitchen
Follow set recipes and daily production worksheets
Coordinate distribution of prepared menu items
Prepare café menu specials
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Meet food safety regulations during food handling
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of related experience and/or training in food production and service
Serve-Safe certified or willing to become certified within probationary period
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
