Key Responsibilities
Provide care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses
Accountability for patient care and outcomes
Engage with hospitalists for patient care

Required Qualifications
MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty
Active State Medical License
Current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty
Fluency in additional languages
