Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide, where you'll support K–12 special education students in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. Develop valuable skills while making a significant impact in students' lives, all within a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups with self-care and social/behavioral needs
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher, OR passing score on Paraeducator Assessment, OR combined score of 460 or above on Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
