Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance duties throughout the properties
Painting, hanging drywall, and repairing drywall
Changing light bulbs and minor electrical tasks
Plumbing work including opening clogged drains and repairing leaks
Perform preventive maintenance on domestic boilers and water boilers
Removal of snow when necessary
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Minimum of two years of previous experience in general maintenance/repair
Must have a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with fire and boiler heat systems
