Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair equipment at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure
Ensure compliance with safety and technical training
Work in varying weather conditions and environments
Document maintenance work accurately
Required Qualifications
Ability to perform maintenance on food preparation and holding appliances/equipment
Understanding of HACCP guidelines
Ability to troubleshoot and repair gas and steam systems
Technical competence in reading blueprints and schematics
Knowledge in control and repair of circuits and motors
Keen troubleshooting skills
Ability to evaluate job scope and order materials
Expertise using hand tools and test equipment
Proficiency in basic math skills
Ability to measure current, voltage, and amperage
Physical stamina to perform job tasks
Minimum age of 18
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a theme park or similar environment
Familiarity with CMMS (MAXIMO work order system)
