Our organization, southeastern New Jersey s largest health system, is searching for a visionary Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT). This is an exciting opportunity to lead an expanding team dedicated to innovation, excellence, and compassionate patient care, in collaboration with esteemed partners such as Drexel University and The Cleveland Clinic.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division in alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department.
• Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care, focusing on minimally invasive surgical techniques.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance interdisciplinary cancer care.
• Drive innovation in clinical practices and surgical techniques utilizing advanced robotic platforms.
• Lead and mentor a skilled team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers.
• Develop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel University.
• Engage in community outreach to improve healthcare access and reduce disparities.
• Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team while promoting workforce development.
• Enjoy robust surgical volume with guaranteed OR block time from day one.
• Participate in a manageable shared call schedule (1:4), supported by APPs and hospitalists.

Qualifications:

• Currently Board Eligible or Board Certified (BC) in ENT.
• Prior clinical experience beyond training is required.
• Not open to new graduates or Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Not open to 1099 contract or locums candidates.
• Not open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship.
• Not open to providers who have just finished fellowship or are Board Eligible (BE).

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified in ENT.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in New Jersey (or willing to obtain).
• Valid BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• Valid ACLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• DEA and CSR/CDS certifications (or willing to obtain).
• Malpractice history disclosure is required.
• Proof of COVID and Flu vaccination compliance per employer screening.
