Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sales results for assigned accounts with large sales potential (~$8-10M+)
Acquire new business and grow sales while managing the current customer base
Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
Create and maintain a solid understanding of accounts and strategic growth plans
Utilize enablement tools to keep customer data updated and manage a healthy pipeline
Know products, customers, and vertical markets
Utilize Salesforce regularly
Execute sales strategies through phone, social selling, email/digital, and on-site visits
Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow customer base
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience working with large complex accounts
Responsibility for a sales quota and track record of exceeding quota
Experience managing complex deals from start to finish
Experience with business-to-business sales process
Responsibility to retain and grow accounts
